Baked Cannelloni

• Tomato Passata, 1l.

• Onion, 1/2

• Garlic, 1 slice

• Egg, 1

• Mozzarella, 400g.

• Baked Ham, 400g.

• Salt and pepper, as you need

• Basil, as you need

• Extra virgin olive oil, as you need


  1. First, let prepare the sauce: fry a clove of garlic with a little bit of oil, add the Divella tomato sauce, the basil and cook for 20 minutes. In the meantime, brown the minced onion in a pan with a little bit of oil, add the meat, blend with white wine, add salt, pepper and cheese and cook for ten minutes, stirring repeatedly. After 8 minutes, add the egg, mix all the ingredients well and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and set it aside.

  2. Cut the mozzarella and the baked ham, add the minced meat without the cooking juices, a pinch of pepper and mix well. Take a pan, pour two ladles of sauce and little by little, stuff the cannelloni prepared in the pan and put them next to each other. If you want to fill the cannelloni you can also use a pastry bag.

  3. Cover with the sauce and a sprinkling of Parmesan and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
