300g of fine Mutti tomato pulp
2dl of vegetable broth
1 glass of white wine
1 teaspoon of turmeric

METHOD
Finely chop the onion and let it braise with 50g. of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil until it is very soft
Degrease the cheeks by removing the external fat filaments with the help of a sharp knife
Brown them in a pan with a knob of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil
Wet them with white wine, let them evaporate
Add the hot broth, the stewed onion tomato pulp, turmeric and chickpeas
Cook over low heat for about 1 hour and half or until skewering them with a toothpick will be soft
Season with salt to your liking
