INGREDIENTS
Mild Ybarra olive oil
300 ml of orange juice
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 kg of meatballs
100 ml ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
METHOD
Flour the meatballs already made (pork, chicken, or mixed) and remove the excess flour. Fry them in abundant Suave Ybarra olive oil and reserve them.
In a bowl, put the orange juice with the cornstarch and dissolve. Add 50 ml of Ybarra apple cider vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
Mix very well. Put the mixture in a pot on the fire and add salt. When it starts to boil, add the meatballs.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
